DGMG is a family business started by Freddie and Rebecca Garza. As a military family, the Garza's know all about duty, integrity, and respect. With combined federal government knowledge, marketing, leadership, and a desire to create value and growth for their partners, DGMG Management was born. Freddie is a retired United States Air Force Veteran. After serving his country as Security Forces and a Combat Arms Instructor, he continued his position in Range Control at the Yakima Training Center until he founded DGMG Management. When Freddie is not working or watching his sons play basketball, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and cheering on the Seahawks!

Rebecca has been helping young people create pathways to their futures for nearly a decade. Combining her leadership and professional experience with her desire to serve her community has created the opportunity as an Admissions Director to aid students in realizing their dreams of higher education. In her downtime, Rebecca loves watching her sons play basketball or spending time with family.
